Tomoki Matsumoto is the director and Founder of T&M Projects, Tokyo based publisher/distributor. Co-organizer of HK Photobook Fair. As Japanese photography professional, Matsumoto works with galleries, museums, libraries, and collectors. This year T&M has published the first book FISH-MAN by Masaru Tatsuki.
